If water is coming in, ring Wayne's mobile rather than sending the form. Repairs we can usually get to quickly, and for a real emergency we will get one of the team out to make it watertight first and talk about the proper fix after.
When we come to look, we go up, find the actual cause and take a photo of it so you can see the problem yourself. Then you get a clear written quote for fixing it. If the honest answer is that a repair will not hold and the roof needs more, we will say so, but we never talk anyone into a new roof who only needs a few tiles.
Small problems left alone become expensive ones. A slipped tile lets water onto the felt, the felt rots, the batten goes, and a year later you are replacing timber. If you can see something wrong from the ground, it is worth a call.
