New roofs & re-roofing
Stripped back, felted, battened and re-covered.
Roof repairs & leaks
Slipped tiles, failed flashing, wet timbers.
Slating & tiling
Chimneys & leadwork
Guttering, fascias & soffits
Flat roofing
Rubber, fibreglass, felt and asphalt. Garages, extensions, dormers and porches, laid to fall so the water actually leaves.

The bit most roofers do not show you.
A re-roof looks alarming halfway through. Here is the same house, stripped to the battens and then finished, so you know what to expect on your drive.
What people keep saying
We leave the place spotless.
It can be strange having someone else in and around your home. We own homes in Nottingham too, so your household carries on as normal while we are improving it, and the site gets swept every single day.
“All the boys were always polite and helpful and cleaned up the site as promised. The quotes were very clear and competitive and all of our questions were answered and explained.”
“The team were polite, punctual, friendly, efficient, and always tidied up after themselves. The skip and scaffolding were gone only a few days after completion, so all in all, a very pleasant experience as far as these things go.”
“From the moment Wayne came to assess the job we were confident that this man and his team were the ones we could trust to do a good job.”

Who turns up
Wayne, and the lads.
I have been roofing in Nottingham for around thirty years. There are six of us now, with over a hundred years between us, and it is still a family run business working out of Carlton.
Our bias is towards doing what is best for you. We are always honest in our assessments and in the options we lay out. Plenty of tradesmen might steer you the wrong way, but guiding you down the most affordable route that actually works is better for you and better for us.
Honest, local, skilled craftsmen. Friendly and always punctual. Staying in business will not be a problem as long as we keep delivering that to the people of Nottingham.
How it goes
Four steps, no surprises.
Repairs we can usually get to quickly. Full re-roofs book up, often a couple of months ahead, so it is worth calling sooner than you think.
You call or send the form
Tell us what is happening. A leak, a slipped tile, or a roof you know is on borrowed time.
We come and look
Free, no obligation. We take photos of your roof and chimney so you can see the problem yourself.
A clear written quote
Materials, work and timings in plain English. No hard sell and no pressure to decide.
We do the job and tidy up
Scaffold up, roof on, site swept every day, skip and scaffold away as soon as we are done.
Where we work
City terraces to village stone.
We are based in Carlton and work right across Nottingham and Nottinghamshire. Not on the list? Ring us anyway. If it is a roof in Nottinghamshire, the answer is usually yes.
