Flat Roofing in Nottingham.

The weather is cruel to flat roofs. They pond, they crack, they let go at the edges. Getting one right first time is harder than a pitched roof, which is exactly why it is worth getting someone who has done hundreds.

Flat roofing

A flat roof that holds water is a flat roof on borrowed time. We lay every one to a proper fall so the water leaves, with the right insulation underneath and the right covering on top. Rubber (EPDM) for a long-lasting single sheet, fibreglass (GRP) for a seamless hard finish, and felt or asphalt where that suits the building and the budget.

Garages, extensions, dormers, porches, bay windows and outbuildings. If your existing flat roof is leaking, we will tell you whether it can be patched or whether it is time to replace it, and what each option costs.

Everything we do is meant to last. That is how we have kept repeat customers for thirty years: they know what they get from us is quality for years to come.

Straight answers

Rubber or fibreglass?

Both are good. Rubber is a single flexible sheet with no joins on most roofs; fibreglass sets hard and takes foot traffic well. We will recommend one for your roof.

Water sits on my flat roof. Is that a problem?

A little after rain is normal and should clear. If it is still there a day later the roof is not falling properly and it is worth a look.
